As I previously said, I started an introductory running course with the Rutland Running and Triathlon Club last October. Everything was going rather well until late February when I picked up a pretty severe hamstring and groin injury. Basically I was going to the extreme!
Anyway, with just over 2 months off, I am slowly getting back on the road with running again.
